Lubrication

Suspension and Steering

Lubricate the suspension and steering components with POLARIS

Premium All-Season Grease at 500 miles (800 km) and annually or

every 1000 miles (1600 km) thereafter. A grease gun kit, complete with

grease and adaptors, is available to lubricate all fittings on POLARIS

snowmobiles. See page 106 for the part numbers of POLARIS products.

The illustration shows the lubrication points of suspension and steering

components.

1. Steering Post Support Bracket (use aerosol lubricant)

2. Steering Post Lower Pivot

3. Center Steering Arm

4. Left and Right Spindle (raise front end for better grease entry)
